Cold Plunge
We offer two separate cold immersion tanks set at slightly different temperature ranges to accommodate the needs of different experience levels with cold immersion therapy.
Infrared Sauna
Infrared sauna uses light waves to heat your body directly rather than warming the air around you. Operating at cooler temperatures (110°F-135°F) than traditional saunas, they cause deep sweating, relaxation, and increased heart rate by penetration the skin’s tissue.
Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation, harnesses the healing power of red and near-infrared light to stimulate, heal, and regenerate damaged cells and tissues.
Leg Compression Boots
Compression recovery boots, also known as leg recovery sleeves or intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC) devices, consist of inflatable sleeves that wrap around your legs from feet to thigh.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is the hands-on movement of the body’s soft tissues — including muscles, tendons, ligaments, and skin. Endurance Recovery partners with local massage therapists that focus on deep tissue and sports recovery massage techniques. Click the pricing link to book a session today!
