My goal is to help you re-imagine your life so that you can reach your goals and live out the best vision for your life. With extensive experience in Coaching and a history of client success, my individualized positivity approach will help you attain your goals.I focus on several areas of particular interest including, Self-Care, Career, Family Matters, Personal Goals & Development and Addiction Recovery/Issues. I have personally been in recovery from addiction for 5 years and my success is due largely in part to my own recovery coach, with whom I would not have been able to bring about positive change within myself.
Professionalism and Experience
As a professionally trained and experienced coach, I have the tools and understanding to help you to create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self. I hold a master's degree in Education as well as a B.A in Social Sciences. I am a Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) in the state of South Carolina and haver studied under The World Coaching Institute for both life and addiction coaching.
